Telephone Consultations

 

In order to request a telephone consultation, we first require you to submit an online request via Anima

Should, during the course of your telephone consultation, your GP decide they would prefer to see you they will make you an appointment at the surgery, either later that day if necessary, or on another date, which is mutually convenient.

N.B: The afternoon Duty Doctor surgery is for medical emergencies only and not for routine appointments. We reserve the right, if patients are found to be abusing this service, to ask them to make a routine appointment with their own GP. Your understanding of these appointments would be very much appreciated.
