Problems ordering your prescription online?  

Use the SystmOnline Support Centre before you call us.

If you are trying to order your medication early but the site is not letting you, please put a note saying what you need and the reason for requesting it early and this will be passed to reception with your request. 


Repeat Prescriptions

Please use the printed counterfoil and place in the box at the surgery or send in the post. Alternatively prescriptions can be ordered via SystmOnline or via the NHSApp.  

Four working days are required following the receipt of your request in writing.

Please ensure you have sufficient medication to last until you collect your prescription.

Requests for urgent prescriptions still require at least 12 hours' notice.

In the interests of accuracy and safety we cannot accept telephone or fax requests. 


Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Medication Queries

If you have a query regarding your medication please submit an Anima online request by clicking here.  This query will be received by the surgery and dealt with by one of the clinical or pharmacy team. If you are not able to submit an Anima request please contact our Reception Team on 01752 404743 who will be able to direct your query to the appropriate team. Please note, this is for queries only, not for prescription ordering.
