How to register for SystmOnline

SystmOnline is a secure system that will directly interact with your clinical medical record. This system is already active and you can begin using it immediately after registration. With it, you will be able to:

 

Register at the surgery in person

Our online services, available for all patients, allows you to book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your medical records online. The service is open 24/7/365 and can be accessed from your home PC, tablet or mobile phone.

You can have 'proxy access' for your children, up until the age of 14 at which point access will cease. A GP can then assess if the child is 'competent' to retain their own access to online services.

To have access to an online account, all you need is a unique Username and Password.

To get these, simply call in to our reception and our staff will be happy to provide them for you. You will need to complete an 'online registration form' and provide the reception staff with photographic proof of identification such as a Passport or Driving Licence.

Once you have them, simply log on via our website or by clicking here.  You will be asked to change your password to something more memorable for you.

You can then register for other online services, making future repeat prescriptions or appointments much easier and more convenient.
