Friends & Family Test Results

The NHS wants you to have the best possible experience of care. The NHS Friends and Family Test is a way of gathering your feedback, so we can continually review our service.

It is based on one simple question:

"Overall, how was your experience of our service?"

Your feedback will help us learn more about what you think of your experience – what you like and what you think we could improve. Ultimately, you’re helping us to make changes that will ensure we can offer the best possible care.

Always get to see someone either clinicians or Doctors I am getting more familiar with Anima and realise that it’s the way things are going forward But not easy for us older ones. I have been on Deanxsurgery for 50 years and have had the best experience and hope that it continues .

Felt listened too , and confident that the right course of action taken also offered a follow up via text , rather than going through the whole appointment system again.

I have always had excellent care from my GP, and indeed all of the GP's at Dean Cross Surgery in PLYMSTOCK. I consider myself to be extremely lucky to be under their care. I honestly do not know, how I would have gotten through the past 4+ years (post COVID) without Dr Clare Holland's help and guidance (my GP). That said, everyone at the practice; doctors, admin, receptionists, counsellors, physios etc, are all incredible and I for one, would be lost without them!

I'm always happy with the services I receive, I have a very positive view of the practice and all staff are wonderful from the receptionist team to the nurses and doctors, and the pharmacist. I've always felt I was in good hands at Deans Cross and that my healthcare is well looked after.

Used Anima for initial contact. Had a reply within 10 minutes with an appt for a face to face consultation within 6 days. Was very impressed.

The staff were informative, answering any questions at the appropriate level. I was also impressed with the confident and relaxed way the practioners dealt with me.

Anima worked really well, was phoned back within 20 mins of submitting the form with an offer of an appointment later that morning

We cannot thank the team who looked after my Father-in-Law today enough. He had suffered a nasty fall on a Saturday where by chance the Dean Cross Surgery was open for extra clinic appointments. Kind passers by, and the police who were quickly on the scene, helped him into the surgery. Our special thanks to those on duty today - Dr Woodward, the wonderful nurse Anne, and the caring receptionist all gave him the love and care that the NHS is rightly known for. Later he was taken to Derriford with his daughter in attendance where once again he was met with the utmost kindness and compassion. Amazing peope and it is truly humbling to witness first-hand the service they provide to those in need.
